Agreement to Terms
By using delaware-dumpsterrental.com or booking a dumpster through our team, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the terms outlined here, please do not use our services.
What We Do
Delaware Dumpster Rental provides temporary dumpster rental and waste removal services for homes, businesses, and construction projects across the state. Services include delivery, pickup, and proper disposal of approved waste materials.
Placing a Rental Order
Booking Your Dumpster
- Orders can be placed online, over the phone, or through an authorized representative
- All bookings depend on availability and confirmation from our team
- We may decline service at our discretion based on project requirements or delivery location
Rental Duration
- Our standard rental is 7 to 10 days
- The rental period starts on the delivery day
- You may extend your rental for an additional fee
Pricing and Payments
- Pricing depends on size, duration, location, and type of waste
- Your quote includes delivery, pickup, and waste disposal within weight limits
- Payment is required on delivery unless you’ve pre-arranged a billing account
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash
Your Responsibilities
Dumpster Placement and Access
- Make sure there’s a safe and clear spot for the dumpster
- Remove any obstacles or overhead wires in the delivery area
- Keep the area accessible for pickup at the end of your rental
What You Can Throw Away
You may use our dumpsters for:
- Household junk and general clutter
- Yard waste, brush, and soil
- Construction and demolition debris
- Furniture and appliances (some restrictions apply)
What You Can’t Dispose Of
You may NOT use the dumpster for:
- Paints, chemicals, and other hazardous materials
- Tires, propane tanks, and batteries
- Electronics that contain mercury
- Medical or infectious waste
- Items banned under Delaware or federal law
Weight Limits and Extra Charges
- Every dumpster includes a set weight allowance
- If you go over, extra fees will apply
- Very heavy loads may need special pickup scheduling
- We reserve the right to delay pickup if the dumpster is overweight or unsafe
Liability and Damage
Customer Responsibility
- You are responsible for any damage caused by improper dumpster use
- You must obtain local permits if required
- Use the dumpster safely and only for legal purposes
Our Responsibility
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the rental
- We carry insurance for our operations
- We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse, overloading, or incorrect placement by the customer
Improper Use
Please do not:
- Overload the container above the top rim
- Move the dumpster after we deliver it
- Let others use your rented dumpster
- Place restricted or dangerous materials inside
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel at least 24 hours before delivery to avoid fees
- Same-day cancellations may result in a partial charge
- If we cannot deliver due to blocked access, a fee may apply
Refund Policy
- Refunds for unused rentals will be issued minus any delivery or processing fees
- We do not provide refunds once the dumpster is delivered and partially used
Unexpected Events (Force Majeure)
We are not liable for delays or disruptions due to:
- Weather or natural disasters
- Equipment failure
- Strikes or labor issues
- Road closures or regulations beyond our control
Legal Process
Dispute Resolution
- Try to resolve any concerns directly with our team first
- We may require mediation before court action
- Any legal disputes will be handled under Delaware state law
Severability Clause
If any section of these Terms becomes unenforceable, the rest of the document will remain in effect.
Environmental Commitment
- Waste is disposed of following all Delaware and federal environmental guidelines
- We support recycling and safe waste practices
- You are responsible for following the disposal rules for your items
Dumpster Condition
- Dumpsters are delivered clean and ready to use
- Report any issues immediately
- You are responsible for any damage caused during use
